Description

This folder contain 3 codes along with the data used for running these codes:

1. code1.R

This code takes PathwayScoresRawAdjpva.csv and EarlyMarkersScores.csv as an input and gives pseudo temporal tree with endodermal scores.

2. code2.R is used for plotting ST_WNT_BETA_CATENIN_PATHWAY and PID_BMP_PATHWAY scores on pseudo temporal tree

3. code3.R is used for plotting ST_WNT_BETA_CATENIN_PATHWAY and KEGG_TGF_BETA_SIGNALING_PATHWAY scores on pseudo temporal tree
