After completing his M. tech in computer technology from IIT Delhi in 2001, he started working with computational problems in the field of structural biology and statistical analysis of biological data. During his PhD, he solved the first and highest resolution (so far) structure of LDL (bad cholesterol) in native state at human body temperature. After completing PhD, Dr Vibhor started applying computational approach to genomic data and worked for 1 year at a personal-genomics company in Malaysia. He has worked at Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) from 2009 to 2016 and has published some fundamental research findings. At GIS he was primarily working on epigenome and gene regulation and applied his findings to other branches such as cancer and stem cell study.

Indra joined PhD at IIITD in 2015. Before that, he completed his MCA and BSc(Mathematics). He has worked in software Industry as software developer for around 4 years. He worked on Integrated processing and set enrichment analysis for heterogeneous clinical and single cell epigenome profiles using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Omkar is PhD scholar in the lab. He has completed master degree in biochemistry from the University of Mysore. He is currently specializing in the functional genomics field, to find out the function of lncRNA genes. His future interests lies in developing AI alogrithms to understand biology at systems level.
Madhu is a PhD scholar in RegGen lab at IIITD. She is a ICMR fellow. She did post graduation in systems biology and bioinformatics from Panjab University Chandigarh and currently working on Developing bioinformatics methods for Translational application of Epigenome and single-cell genomics.
Durjay joined as a PhD scholar at IIITD in 2022. He has qualified CSIR NET. He is working on advancing DL based cell search engine(s) incorporating multidimensional genomic data. His work also involves validating some of the computational results in the wet lab. He completed Bachelor of Science(Research) and Master of Science from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.
Biswarup has joined PhD at IIITD in 2022. He has completed Master's degree in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is a ICMR fellow. He has qualified several national and state level exams(GATE,ICMR JRF, CSIR NET, DBT-JRF, WBSET).He is currently working on cancer epigenomics data. His work is focused on cell free DNA analysis. His hobbies are bird watching, photography,reciting etc.
Niharika is a PhD scholar in the lab from 2022. She has completed Master's degree in Molecular Medicine from the Central University of Punjab, Bhatinda. She is a CSIR-UGC fellow. She is currently specializing in the cell-free DNA techniques and implementing in-silico methods in genomics.
Jaidev Sharma is PhD scholar in the lab. He has completed Master's degree in Bioinformatics from the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He had previously worked as Project Associate at Regional Centre for Biotechnology and as Junior Research Fellow NIPER Ahmedabad. He is currently specializing in the 3D genomics, RNA-seq Data Analysis.
Neetesh has completed his PhD Degree from IIITD, He joined after completing his M.Tech. in Bioinformatics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Formerly Indore University). The PhD thesis work of Neetesh lies in the area of cancer genomics using chromatin interaction and epigenome profile. Neetesh has experience in computational analysis of large scale genomic datasets and worked as lecturer & research associate between 2012-2016. He is currently (2023) working as Post Doctoral fellow at UT Health San Antonio, Texas.
Shreya has completed his PhD Degree from IIITD. She completed Masters in Computer Science from IIIT Bhubaneswar. She worked on developing new analysis techniques for single cell expression and epigenome profiles and trying to develop search engines in order to help doctors find matching cells for clinical purposes. She is currently (2023) working as Post Doctoral fellow at Cleveland Clinic, Ohio.
Smriti has completed his PhD Degree from IIITD. She completed Masters in Oncology from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She worked as an Associate Biomodelling Scientist in Cellworks Research India Ltd, Bangalore, India. Her research interests span across area of system biology, cancer transcriptomics, proteomics and epigenetics. She is currently (2023) working as Post Doctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts
Vaibhav completed his BTech in biotechnology from Amity University, Noida and then his Mtech in Computational Biology at IIIT-Delhi in 2020. His master's thesis work at the RegGen lab involved pathway analysis of unipotent and multipotent stem cells. As of 2020, he is now working as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Elucidata.
Abhishek is a Master Student at IIITD working on finding correct Mouse Model for a human cell using single-cell genomics and drawing the evolutionary distance between human and mouse during the course of evolution.He is currently pursuing PhD at University of Warsaw,Poland
Rohit is Masters student at IIITD, worked on Cell-Free DNA analysis to improve the detection of diseases with the objective to find the minimal set of marker location for the diagnosis of some diseases using cfDNA. He is currently a PhD student at SNU.
An enthusiastic learner and have a great interest in programming. Skilled in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning. Interested in a wide array of topics that include (but not limited to these only): Adversarial machine learning, Deep learning, and Language Modelling.He is currently working as Data Scientist in Delivary.
Divyanshu did his Masters Thesis at IIITD on 'Grah Signal Processing based analysis of biological networks'. His thesis included fundamental works in filtering gene expressions to aid gene network inference, and finding modules in protein contact networks important for proteins folding and stability. Rohit, finished his undergraduate studies in computer science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in year 2018 and joined IIITD same year. His master's thesis is based on the genomic investigation of major depressive disorder.
