Website version: Use web-version of GFPredict to find the novel genes assigned/predicted into different ontologies

Tool version: Install R package from GitHub link, to use it as a prediction tool, to predict novel genes into user-specific biologically relevant gene-sets.

Users may check the model metrics section of the result page after the submission of the search parameters. Model metrics section lists the model performance for the given query

ML model (like balanced accuracy, F1 score). It is suggested to use the predictions of the model having highest value in either balanced accuracy or F1 score.
