The Check Enhancer tool allows you to analyze your own BED file against the ePerturbDB database. By uploading your file, you can determine which of your genomic regions correspond to known enhancers in our database.
The tool provides a summary of overlapping enhancers, a breakdown by tissue/cell type, and downloadable results for further analysis. Please ensure your BED file is based on the hg38 genome assembly.
